Which theosophy?

edit

I assume it's either Theosophy (Boehmian) or Theosophy (Blavatskian), but I'm not sure which one and it seems relevant. Is it Theosophy or theosophy, by the way? Both are used in the article. Also, I'm in favor of linking to socialism at the infobox, but I'd avoid that until we link to (the right article about) theosophy. Please ping me if you reply! In retrospect, I should've pinged Grey Wanderer, so doing it now. Professor Proof (talk) 10:50, 12 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hey Professor Proof, thanks for your work. It's Blavatskian, in which case it would be capitalized I believe. Grey Wanderer (talk) 21:59, 15 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
Makes sense to me, Grey Wanderer. Thanks for the kind words and for pinging me. Any idea what to do about reference [4]? After all, your claim isn't supported by the part of The Arena, vol. 29 that Google Books is willing to show. Do you have this volume? If so, there's no need to link to Google Books, just say it's from there and specify the page number. Of course, then template:cite book would be the right one to use. Sorry if some or all of what I'm saying is trivial for you, especially given your vast (in comparison to mine) experience. Professor Proof (talk)

"Utopian commune"

edit

@Grey Wanderer: When it says that Garver spent several years in a utopian commune near Sinola, Mexico, is this referring to a commune which followed Utopian socialist beliefs? If so, linking the term "utopian commune" to the article on Utopian socialism might provide clearer context. If you aren't doing so, you may disregard my request not to point that thing at me. Yes it seems so, thanks for the suggestion and sorry for the belated reply. Grey Wanderer (talk) 17:52, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
