William Louis Sonntag Sr. → William Louis Sonntag – Unnecessary disambiguation. His son William Louis Sonntag Jr. doesn't have a Wikipedia article, so there is no reason for "Sr." to have "Sr." in the article title, especially as the artist is likely more commonly known as just "William Louis Sonntag". Leaving the redirect at "Sr." is fine. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 06:04, 24 November 2020 (UTC)
- Support per nomination. If / when the son's article is created, a hatnote can be placed atop the father's article which would be analogous to the hatnotes at entries such as Lon Chaney, Douglas Fairbanks or Ross Bagdasarian — "For his son, see William Louis Sonntag Jr." —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 19:15, 24 November 2020 (UTC)
