Tone of article comes across as a work of of fiction rather than informative
editThere are too few facts and a whole lot of speculation. It should be toned down to simple statements of events plus corroborating accounts when appropriate. It's quite hard to follow in its current form. Phips is getting more attention from the recent references to the treasure hunt at Oak Island, Nova Scotia, so it seems timely to make some judicious edits. edita sloop commanded by Francis Rogers, Phips' second mate on the previous voyage (he had left the Rose in Boston ISTG Vol 4 - Salee Rose). Phips utilized experience as a sailor and shipwright
