I am no wikipedia expert, but this seems to be a bit of editorializing and improperly cited. I will come back to edit it after i read over the rules. It reads like the quoted paragraph is lifted from someplace else or at least borrowing language. 70.139.73.70 (talk) 02:46, 31 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
