Term coinage
editI'm uncomfortable with using attachmentparenting.com as a source on whether or not Sears invented the term "attachment parenting." Can we find some other third-party source which says this? --Elonka 01:18, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
Controversy
editExcellent WSJ article by feminist Erica Jong attacking Sears' "attachment parenting", fwiw. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704462704575590603553674296.html?KEYWORDS=erica+jong 72.161.160.160 (talk) 11:30, 11 November 2010 (UTC)
Vaccines
editDr. Sears' recent notability comes from his position on vaccines and his promotion of an alternative vaccine schedule. I'm surprised that there is no mention of this in the article.Mannpark (talk) 04:23, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
That's the whole reason I looked up this article...to find out his relation to the anti-vaxxers. Unsigned :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.101.106.230 (talk) 20:54, 11 April 2016 (UTC)
- You are both talking about the wrong Dr Sears. See Robert Sears. – McDutchie (talk) 23:26, 3 July 2018 (UTC)
