Conflicting sources

edit

There appears to be some conflicting sources on this individual: it's not clear whether his name was "Harry E. Sesler" or "William G. Sesler." The Wilkes University Election Statistics Project has Harry E. Sesler as representing a senate district in Erie from 1961-1972. The Political Graveyard has William G. Sesler as representing a senate district in Erie from 1961-72. Is one of these sources wrong on the name? Are they describing the same person? Is Harry a nickname? Is this a typo on the part of one source? If so, then why would the sources have different middle names? I suspect that one of them is a typo. On the whole, I would trust the Wilkes database over Political Graveyard, because Wilkes is an academic resource and has 5 or 6 references to Harry E. Sesler while Political Graveyard has just 1 reference to William G. Sesler. Anyone able to find any other sources? --Blargh29 (talk) 20:59, 9 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
