Should a sentence be added to explain why Farish doesn't think he was a bad ambassdor? Was he not too visible for security reasons (either immediately after 9/11 or because of 7/7 threats?

The "William S. Farish" suite has about 20 titles, probably counting rdrs like WSF IV to WSF III, that are hits in [1]. They may be consistent with each other, but not with the lks to them in two navigational aids.
At a minimum,
provide for that answer evidence more compellingly reliable than the partisan, slipshod-edited, and probably contradictory William S. Farish#External links refs.
