The paragraph about the 1863 pay voucher from President Lincoln for Mr. Cobb to be the Provisional Governor of Alabama in lieu of the secession government, like what was done in Virginia resulting to the new State of West Virginia, which was found in the Jackson County Courthouse in 2004 needs a reference, a newspaper article, historical journal, or something.
