c'mon aint no way Windsor has a population of 31,000?

here's an odd coincidence, I started this article on Windsor some time ago, and I live in Elm place. I came back to see if anyone else has updated the article and lo, I find a photo of Elm Place! That's just cool. I don't live in the townhouses tho. ML.
