Expansion

Trivial?
edit@Smartse, please elaborate on your edit summary here. What do you mean by 'trivial'? How often do we see a comparison with the policy of a first-world democratic government successfully used as mitigation for a theft? It has been covered in mainstream news media such as The Times and The Telegraph, and even by Politico covered it as did a variety of tabloids, broadcasters, and local press.
