Well, nobody needs to edit any page. But what is it you feel the need to see in the article? A section for (some) characters? If that's what you want, you could say, "Please add a Characters section with the following three (or seven, or four) characters: A, B, C", and provide a reliable source (possibly shared) for each of the characters you want added. In this case, the "change X into Y format" would be changing from no section (X) to the specific content and sources you provide (Y). — JohnFromPinckney (talk / edits) 20:19, 29 August 2024 (UTC)
