In 1964 or from 1964?

In the section 1920s and after it says " in 1964, Wood Street also provided an advisory service for children and teenagers with problems staffed by experienced counsellors". Did this only last for one year o should it read "from 1964"? Richerman (talk) 17:43, 16 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
