Is no one going to deal with the fact that the official lyrics are so very different from the recording?
editThe page references the official lyrics, but they depart significantly from the recorded version found on the album "Modern Times".
For instance, the verse after the first chorus are recorded as "Well I'm sailing on back ready for the long haul/ tossed by the winds and the leaves/ I'll drag them all down to hell and I'll stand them at the wall/ I'll sell them to their enemies". bobdylan.com has "I’m sailing on back getting ready for the long haul/ Leaving everything behind/ If I stay here I’ll lose it all/ The bandits will rob me blind/"
Surely there's something to research and explain, right? ZoneAlarm5 (talk) 14:34, 24 March 2022 (UTC)
