Motorsports section
editI have removed the section on motorsports ("In motorsports, works teams are factory-backed, and drivers are called 'factory' or 'works' drivers.") They are significantly different things, and it's confusing to have that in this article. A works team traditionally comprised workers from the workplace/factory, and were generally created to enhance employee morale, whereas the motorsports variant is merely a sponsorship arrangement. A factory-backed motorsports team is one that is sponsored by a "factory" but the drivers are part of the team, not the "factory". The waters are muddied here with the use of the term factory, which is used in motorsports to denote the vehicle manufacturer. Given the similarity of terms, I've added a hatnote to point to the motorsports variant. Nzd (talk) 17:05, 3 November 2017 (UTC)
