Present structure of organization in india

Sir, I am an Indian indigenous member from Jharkhand state . I am from kudmi community , at present my community recorded in bc1 category with the spelling" Kudmi/Kurmi( mahto) " cast in our jharkhand state government but sa per central government document" The peoples of india" we are only " Kudmi" and primitive tribe . Before indian independence "Kudmi is also a part of indian profile tribe list. After independence The list of primitive tribe's will be converted into the list of scheduled cast as per new constitution of independent India but without any couse the Kudmi is not include in the scheduled Tribe list it is a big mistake or dengerus plot of government. Government of india and court evey time treet as a scheduled tribe but not include our Kudmi community in the list of scheduled tribe and take rong steps to remove our real identity.
