Editing this page

I reverted an edit in which a user added the text: "technical examples? pictures howtos links? Pleace type it here:" This is unnecessary, because every article has a tab at the top that says, "edit this page." Besides, technical examples and howtos should go on Solar car racing, not on a page dedicated only to the WSC. I don't want to discourage edits, though, because solar- and solar racing-related pages on Wikipedia could use a lot more help. Bry9000 (talk) 18:53, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Dates of Competitions

Article sorely lacks dates for the competition for almost every year it has been held. Since the years don't have separate articles, this is important verifiable missing information. MMetro (talk) 09:33, 26 November 2014 (UTC)

About the individual World Solar Challenge articles

Hello all,
There are currently stand-alone articles for a number of of these events:

• World Solar Challenge 2001
• World Solar Challenge 2003
• World Solar Challenge 2005
• World Solar Challenge 2007
• World Solar Challenge 2009
• World Solar Challenge 2011
• World Solar Challenge 2013

And I may have missed some.

I question whether they should have stand-alone articles.
Should they be WP:REDIRECTed to World Solar Challenge or should the individual articles be improved and kept?
What do you think about this?
