Samuel Watson
editThis article on Samuel Watson seems to think he was a master in 1692 but the website link provided in this article gives a different name for that date. Are there times when there are more than one master ? Could Samuel Watson (horologist) have been a master too ? EdwardLane (talk) 11:22, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
- According to the standard reference book (Brittens' Old Clocks and Watches and Their Makers) Samuel Watson became a normal member of the Watchmakers Company in 1692. This ties in with him leaving Coventry in 1690/91. --Racklever (talk) 12:43, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
The library
editCan the current location of the library be clarified (as only the museum part can be seen at the Science Museum). Jackiespeel (talk) 12:26, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
