Category:American cattlemen
editConsidering establishing a Category:American cattlemen. It could be broken into periods and used as a subcategory to Category:American west and American history of each period, and tied to important states such as Wyoming and Texas. See [Category:American fur traders] for a similar example. Will place that new category here. Comments? WBardwin 18:31, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
Stub Class is right!
editRecommend Helena Huntington Smith's 1966 book "The War on Powder River". As for the record keeping of the WSGA, I note from pg 117 of Smith's book "Eighteen eighty-nine was the first of four black years for Wyoming. It was so bad that the five file boxes of incoming correspondence for the Wyoming Stock Grower's Association have been stripped virtually empty...and from that day onward the carefully kept records of the Association for all practical purposes cease to exist."
