IMO these X shaped galaxies are in fact the start of much smaller Herbig Haro systems based on two bowshock black hole lobes first attracting each other and after formation of a so called plasma bar in between repulsing each other to form a star in between ( in the middle) by electric Birkeland polarization of the vacuum to sweep all the dust and gas into the center. It was Roger Penrose who suggested the existence of a "trapped vacuum globule"around each black hole. My impression is that vacuum particles are rotating here and colliding into real entangled electrons an positrons , forming a positive proton inner ring around the black hole and a negative electron ring, both repelled from the horizon forming the plasma tails propelling so called "tadpoles" able to form a dual system to form the X-shaped radio source and the start of the Herbig Haro star forming system.
