No sources come up in English either searching "Watermelon agar" or "Watermelon jelly" with either Beijing or China included in the search string. It's also a generic sounding dessert. No notability or verification, so this would absolutely need the assistance of a Chinese reader to see if there's any RSs to assess notability in China.
