editGreat article! The article includes lots of in-depth information and good explanations of behaviors and concepts. I made minor gramatical changes throughout the article, including rewording sentences to be more easily understood, correcting comma usage, and fixing tenses. I also added more hyperlinks throughout the article. Finally, I made some organizational changes. Specifically, the section Biology and Ecology covered a broad range of topics that were not specifically organized in any way. As such, I added several subheadings within this section to make the information easier to navigate. Rikkizd101 (talk) 14:23, 20 March 2024 (UTC)

editEdits:
- “… vector for plant pathogens to varying extents, potentially contributing to the decline of trees.” Changed to “… vector for plant pathogens to varying extents, potentially leading to the decline of trees.”
- Removed the heading “Biology and Ecology” and made Physiology and Habitat their own sections. Biology and Ecology seems to be too broad a concept, so I think breaking it down to more concrete topics may be helpful to understand the gist of the information.
Suggestions:
- It is mentioned in the Symbiotic Relationships section that some females may be attracted by each other’s MVOCs and “opt to colonize the same host site”, but the species is highly susceptible to competition. Thus, I think it may be helpful to explore this information more in the Social Behavior section, specifically details on whether this species is observed to aggregate, and what the intraspecies interactions are.
- I think more information about the life cycle of the species could be added to the entry. The Social Behavior and the Sex and Reproduction sections talked about the egg fertilization, behaviors of larvae, and inbreeding in maternal galleries. It could be helpful if more details on how long these stages last and stage transitions were added to the Life Cycle section.
