No longer visible?
editThe article's last sentence states that "The Y Sap mine crater was filled in, landscaped and partly built over and is no longer visible". However, when I followed the link to the coordinates it was clearly visible on Google maps. Looking at the area on Google Street view seems to show that it's been preserved as a memorial or tourist attraction signposted as "La Grande Mine". Are the coordinates correct? Nick-D (talk) 09:53, 3 January 2017 (UTC)
- Maybe not, because that might be Lochnagar Crater nearby. Perhaps the coords aren't precise and cover both? Keith-264 (talk) 11:42, 3 January 2017 (UTC)
- Just checked the coordinates and Google Earth correctly takes me to the site north of the village where the Y Sap mine crater was located. ("La Grande Mine" is indeed something different, it's the French name for the Lochnagar mine.) ViennaUK (talk) 23:31, 21 February 2017 (UTC)
