The infobox states 133,000 and the text states 398,900. Does anyone know what is the correct figure? Thanks for helping. --Shorty23sin (talk) 16:09, 15 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

The New Yorker source gives at as "approximately four hundred thousand". Awaiting specific census data, I've changed it to that in both. SteveStrummer (talk) 20:38, 22 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
