US Yelloway-Pioneer System and UK YellowaY
editThey both use the YellowaY tradename with the final capital Y. In the USA that Y-to-Y was said to be a reference to the role of the Yelloway-Pioneer System as the first transcontinental bus route in the United States. Conceived in 1927, pioneering runs in 1928, first LA-NY trip on 11 September 1928 and finally merged into Greyhound Lines in 1929. At what level were the two companies related? Just "brand name" vs investors vs something else KevinCuddeback (talk) 18:21, 17 July 2020 (UTC)
