Article expansion
editI think this could be expanded into a useful article. Would it be more appropriate to add a stub tag/request for expansion? I don't know anything about the subject of this article, but I think the original author intended his to be developed more fully. It looks more like a stub than a timewaster to me. Any thoughts?
