article accuracy

edit

Just some questions about the accuracy of this article. The lede describes Papoutsis as a restaurant owner, which is confirmed by the sources. However these sources nowhere state that he is a chef - so why the 'chef' infobox, and the category 'chef'?

Moreover, the infobox gives 'his' cooking style (presumably meaning the cooking style of the restaurants) as 'American diner'. But this is nowhere referred to in the article, not does it seem to be supported by the sources.

Could these matters therefore be either sourced or corrected? Best, --Smerus (talk) 07:17, 19 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

He is a chef. He didn't own the street food van, he was physically in it cooking. As I see it, that qualifies him as a chef. As for American diner, it just seemed the most appropriate, although on reflection 'Fast food' seems better. Miyagawa (talk) 13:34, 19 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
Thanks, that's clear!--Smerus (talk) 14:09, 19 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

This article is completely false and inaccurate. It was not signed off by Yianni himself. I wish to edit it entirely for him (which he has signed off). How can I go about in doing so?

Thanks (Steph Brennan (talk) 11:30, 29 October 2014 (UTC))Reply
