  • Keep A primary source can contribute towards establishing notability, for example, it's simple commonsense to acknowledge that a resolution of a parliament in recognition of a person indicates degrees of notability. In this case, a municipal body recognising a person on their passing is of a similar nature. Furthermore, in many situations there are in fact reasonable grounds to assume that offline sources exist. For example, at the National Library and Archives of Quebec, this listing of labour related holdings shows on p187 13.08 metres of documents with 2,728 photographs of the union's archive, which includes the period when Lévy was president of STENOQ. Crucially, I see in depth coverage from Radio Canada and Le Devoir, both reliable sources; passes BASIC/GNG. Regards, --Goldsztajn (talk) 13:48, 18 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
