Conflicting Info on Japanese Name.
editSome sources are saying that it's "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 5D's", while others (such as Moon Phase) say it's "Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's" (you'll have scroll down a bit to see it). I am requesting that nobody add any Japanese name/spelling to the article until some kind of consensus is made. (Brittany Ka )
- I would say that an official site is a BETTER source than Moonphase. WhisperToMe (talk) 03:32, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
RUN-ONS AND INCORRECT INFORMATION
editTHE PAGE HAS RUN-ONS SENTENCES WHICH IS INCORRECT GRAMMAR, THE SENTENCE ALSO HAS INFORMATION THAT IS ALREADY DESCRIBED IN THE Editing of anime in American distribution PAGE. ALSO THE PAGE ALSO STATES THAT UNCUT DVDS WILL BE ILLEGAL IN THE UNITED STATES, THAT SENTENCE IS UNSOURCED AND FALSE. SO THAT SENTENCE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. I THINK THIS DISCUSSION IS STUPID TO ACTUALLY DISCUSS. THE TWO PROBLEMS ON THE PAGE ARE: 1) A RUN-ON SENTENCE AND 2) FALSE AND INCORRECT INFORMATION, LIKE WHY WOULD THE US MAE UNCUT-BILINGUAL DVDS ILLEGAL? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.208.73.158 (talk) 18:08, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
- WHY ARE YOU TYPING IN ALL CAPS.
That sentence isn't a run-on, it just lists very many things. If you look closely you will see the grammar is fine.—Loveはドコ? (talk • contribs) 06:52, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
Hey i'm not sure this is part of this subject but Stardust Dragon is considered Yusie's main card but it really isn't Junk Warrior is.
- It is Stardust Dragon; he just doesn't use it because it was stolen from him. JuJube (talk) 22:31, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
- I think it should be changed so that although 'Junk Warrior' is his main Monster, 'Stardust Dragon' is his Ace Monster. Each Duelist so far has an Ace Monster of their decks, but it requires a fair bit of work or specific requirements to be Summoned (like 'Great Ushi Oni', 'Speed King - Skull Flame' and 'Monster Profiler')Warpknight (talk) 20:10, 27 August 2008 (UTC)Warpknight

Nihon Ad Systems
editI would like to state for the record that Nihon Ad Systems is not an animation studio. Studio Gallop animated the previous two shows, and this one is probably going to be their work as well. However, I am going to wait for confirmation before I add it. In any case, I just want to inform all of you ahead of time that I eventually plan to change the "Studio" listing because again, NAS is not an animation studio. 4Kids
edit4Kids is going to crapitize the series as thay did with regulare Yugio. We have to mention this and put a Critism section. – 「JUMPGURU」@Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia 19:39, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
- That would be way to soon to have a criticism section. First criticism sections are discouraged because they are often a magnet for trooling etc. In most casees intergration into other sections is prefered. Secondly, criticising something that we think will happen in the future is a violation of WP:crystal --76.66.184.231 (talk) 03:25, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, and it has to be referenced. We have nothing right now. WhisperToMe (talk) 04:20, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
Rally Dawson
editAfter watching some of the subbed 5d's episodes, it has been clearly stated that Rally Dawson is a female. I mean, the voice gives it away, as well as her attire, and MULTIPLE subbers have translated the japanease speech to indicate that she is indeed FEMALE! Why have I been charged for incorrect information? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.215.20.77 (talk) 21:09, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
- Rally is definitely a guy, though he does look and sound a lot like a girl (he has a female seiyuu). But so do a lot of male anime characters. Also, all the subs I've seen have stated Rally as male, as does Janime (which I know is just a fansite, but it is very reliable). Precis-chan (talk) 07:59, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
- Fansubs are not reliable, either, as they have been wrong about stuff like this before (ie. Zofis and Koko, a mistake that was corrected in later fansubs). The Japanese language doesn't differentiate for male and female in speaking terms, so there'd be no way to confirm that Rally is either based on speech alone. JuJube (talk) 06:48, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- Um, well... the 4Kids dub version has (Taka) say to Rally as Rally runs past to give Yusei that chip: "What's up, li'l darlin'?", so I'm kinda unsure... Although naturally, like everyone else, I thought she was a girl at first, and I prefer that way until proof otherwise...Warpknight (talk) 14:32, 15 August 2008 (UTC)Warpknight
- The episode concluding Yusei's duel with Kiryu showed Rally with his shirt off. There's your proof. xD
There's an episode where Rally and friends were trying to push Yusei's D-Wheeler to Martha's and kept giving their belongings to pay the 'toll' from groups of thieves/bandits along the way. At the last 'toll' they paid, they all stripped their clothes down to their undergarments and you even see Rally's chest. If you still think Rally is a girl, she might be transexual. Although personally I think Rally is a guy. Rally does look like a girl, it doesn't make sense to have such a long hair. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Drakke125 (talk • contribs) 01:25, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
Lua/Luca or Rua/Ruka?
editI don't know what the dub says, but their names are pretty definitely "Rua" and "Ruka" in Japanese. The animators' grasp of the English language is somewhat tenuous (in the same episode cited, they are invited to the "Fortun Cup") and there's concept art by the series creator, Kazuki Takahashi, that shows their names to be Rua and Ruka, which I believe trumps an outsourced animator's interpretation. (The same is true for Jack Atlas/Atlus, although since his name is Atlas in the dub it's a moot point.) JuJube (talk) 06:48, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- I agree that they should be spelled as Rua and Ruka, for the same reasons. I guess we'll have to wait until they're introduced in the English dub (episode 12) to say for sure though. Precis-chan (talk) 07:15, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- Oops. I really should've read this first. I'll go fix what I did :P Warpknight (talk) 21:58, 14 August 2008 (UTC)Warpknight
- Well, dub names have been revealed, and Rua/Lua is "Luka" and Ruka/Luca has become "Luna". Why must 4Kids make everything so overly confusing? Precis-chan (talk) 04:45, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
Class
editIs class an important issue in 5D's? Of course it is. What about all those remarks that call the people in Satellite "scum?" —Preceding unsigned comment added by LinkinPark (talk • contribs) 22:46, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
- And this is different from the countless manga/anime where people from a certain area are called "scum" how? JuJube (talk) 00:46, 17 August 2008 (UTC)
- There's a clear class struggle between the lower-class Satelite and the upper-class Tops citizens early on in the show. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.225.145.188 (talk) 04:21, 19 March 2011 (UTC)
Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 5D's?
editI was wondering. What do the Japanese characters at the end of the three "Yu-Gi-Oh!" characters mean? Does it mean Duel Monsters or something else. I think we should change the article title accordingly because of this. Here's a comparason. What do you think?
--Ryu-chan (Talk | Contributions) 16:25, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
- The ones on the 5D's logo are ファイブディーズ (Faibuu Diizu) and the ones on the DM logo are デュエル モンスターズ (Dyueru Monsutazu). They're just the Japanese pronunciations of the titles. Precis-chan (talk) 21:06, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
New Domino City?
editI noticed they're referring to Neo Domino as "New Domino" in the 4Kids dub. But it's still written as "Neo" on the back of my TDGS booster packs. So, which is it? -- Precis-chan (talk) 05:41, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
If it's written as "neo" then we use that instead of the dubbed. Just like sailor moon, they use english names but when it comes to the official subbing, they use the official names. SO we go by Neo if it's the official written form of the name.Bread Ninja (talk) 17:34, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
2021? I Think not.
editThe Zero Reverse incident happened 17 years prior to the start of 5D's. We know this for a fact. If 5D's really was set in 2021, then, logically, Zero Reverse must have happened in 2004. The problem with this arises when we backtrack to episode 156 of GX. At the start of the episode, Samejima is examining files on the missing students. Kaiser's one states that he graduated in 2004 (when Judai was in his first year), which, if the 2021 theory is right, would have been the same year as Zero Reverse. Since Domino City obviously still exists throughout the rest of GX, there's no way Zero Reverse could have occurred then, and therefore, no way 5D's can possibly be set in 2021. Precis-chan (talk) 21:41, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
u.s. continuation
editdoes any body know if the English dub will continue?75.89.43.75 (talk) 05:53, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
Of course, it does. The program is going under way, and still is under construction, though, by Toonzai. See the List of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's episodes (season 3). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.49.4.13 (talk) 21:07, 10 December 2010 (UTC)
Dub production stopped 18 episodes short of the end of the Yugioh 5D's series.
There's only two seasons
editIs there a reason why this is listed as having four seasons? 4Kids website clearly shows two. Fortune Cup and Earthbound Immortals as Season 1 and Road to Destiny and WGRP as Season 2. That's coming from the official dubber of the series. --Shadow (talk) 18:28, 22 June 2011 (UTC)
- Actually, despite what that website says, there's five. At least 4 different Season finales were announced, and the Season premier for Season 5 was broadcast as well. 4Kid's information isn't always reliable. LightandDark2000 (talk) 10:59, 16 April 2014 (UTC)

Page request
editI tried to put this on the Yugioh wikia, but my stupid mobile did not properly place it, so now it's like I was trolling even though I wasn't (anyone who goes there point out the issue, because it was not intended at all-my mobile won't even let me comment on talk pages over there. It's weirder because this site seems to handle mobile way better than Wikia does). Anyway, would it be okay for a timeline page to be made for this series? Essentially this:
Below is a list of the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's timelines, and the known events that occured in them. There are 4 timelines, one which is not shown but was created when Placido went back to kill Clark and make further changes, and another where Paradox succeeded in killing Pegasus before that new timeline is corrected by the timely intervene of Yugi Jaden and Yusei.
Note, these events in the timelines should be placed in chronological order, all the way up to the main series episode 1 start and beyond.
Original timeline
editEvents of this timeline:
- Zero Reverse apparently still happened in this timeline, as the Neo Domino City and Sattelite still existed. However, it is unknown how it still happened given it was Yliaster exploiting factors about Roman that lead to it happening in the alternate main timeline.
- Yusei, Jack, Crow, Akiza, Leo and Luna are all Signers and have their Signer Dragons, and the Dark Signer war took place. However, it is not known how Leo became a Signer and got his Signer Dragon's true form in this timeline since there was no Yiliaster originally that fought him, for Yiliaster does not exist until the end of this timeline's events.
- Yusei participated in many Tournament pro cups, and achieved Clear mind and Top Clear Mind. Like the above it is unknown how this originally happened, as the way Yusei learned about the very existance of Clear Mind, is because Antinomy made it known to and taught him about it in the main alternate timeline.
- He also achieved Accel Synchro and Delta Accel Synchro, obtaining "Shooting Star Dragon" and "Cosmic Blazar Dragon". Like before, it is unknown how he originally obtained these.
- Although Rex Goodwin and Grieger are shown to be Dark Signers in the main alternate timeline, no mention of Rex Goodwin and Grieger are shown in Zone's readout, thus it is left open wether or not they were originally Dark Signers. Furthermore, Zone's read out does not mention or show either of their Earthbound Immortals.
- Yusei gave people hope in this timeline, branding him as a hero regarded by many, including Antinomy who greatly respects him.
- Mankind is eventually shown to be obsessed with Synchro Monsters, and their tech has grown more advanced. However, so has their greed and evil.
- The momentum took in too much negative emotions that it created the Mechlords to kill those who have such greed and evil, which at this point most of mankind had. Thus the Mechlord Genocide begun.
- Aporia as a child was running away with his family, but a blast from a Mechlord wounds him and kills his family.
- At some point, a pro player by the name of Antinomy was competing in Duel circuts before being scolded by someone for doing so in a situation where it was dangerous to be using momentum.
- Zone decided to become Yusei with some tech, in the hopes of turning mankind's hearts in the right direction. With the power of Yusei and Clear Mind, he was able to stop the Mechlords in their tracks from attacking the people. Seeing this and hearing Zone's words, they put faith in him and cooperated. However, he could not save enough on time, leading to the momentum to self destruct, destroying parts of the world and killing nearly all mankind.
- As the Mechlords kept attacking, Antinomy wondered around alone. Mechlord Emperor Grannel came up and prepared to shoot him, but he was saved by Zone (whom he thought was Yusei at first).
- Aporia in his middle age, joined the military, fighting alongside a woman whom was his lover. Unfortunately, she is killed by a shot from a Mechlord. This was Aporia's second despair.
- Next they at some point found and recruited Paradox into their group.
- Later, Aporia in his old age is ready to give up after finding nobody still, thus his third despair. Just then Zone, Antinomy and Paradox arrive and recruite him.
- They then tried experiments in the hopes of finding a way to restore mankind, but that took up a lot of time with no results in sight.
- Paradox died first, but in place, Zone copied his memories into a robot version of himself.
- Antinomy then died, and just like Paradox, had his memories planted in a robot version of himself.
- As Aporia neared his death, he told Zone to split him into 3 embodiments of despair, to which he shortly after dies after Zone promises him. Then Zone creates three seperate beings, each housing a span of Aporia's memories. Lester holds his younger day memories, Placido his mid, and Jakob his old age memories. These 3 then begun plans to change the future of ruin, thus Yiliaster was formed.
It is not known if this timeline still had the same end result or not at the end of the series, as it is merely speculated by Yusei that hopefully project Fortune can avert that future, thus it is a point of debate the fate of this timeline.
Main altered timeline
editThis is the timeline altered by Yliaster and what the series takes place in.
Events of this timeline:
- Yliaster travels to the past, making their name known since the beggining of time, as their leader Zone is in fact a mere human from the future, which Jacob does not reveal at the time.
- Next, they escalated Romans curiousity about momentum and distrust of Yusei's father. This led him to go to the old momentum, which for unexplained reasons contained the spider Earthbound Immortal who then entered his body. This branded him with two Marks, a Signer (which he already had at the time) and Dark Signer mark. Both struggled to take control, driving Roman mad, and in the end he chose the Dark mark over the good. Finally he activated old momentum, causing a Zero Reverse that ended up splitting the city into two parts, Neo Domino City and the Satellite just as Yliaster hoped he would in order to remove momentum completely. Their plan failed, as this incident did not completely remove it.
- Rex Goodwin some time after this was one of the Satellites residents. He gave them hope by making his own Duel Runner. Then as Security attempted to arrest him for being the cause of trying to create Daedulas Bridge, Goodwin road on it and flew with his Duel Runner, escaping to Neo Domino City.
- Time passed, and he became the director of the city. He was also in possesion of 3 Signer Dragon cards thanks to Roman in his remaining sanity entrusting them to him.
- People such as Yusei and Jack lived in Satellite for most of their lives, dealing with criminals, security and the hardships of not having a true family or a lot to do in Satellite.
- Many years passed, and Goodwin and Lazar notice Jack's birthmark. Goodwin has Lazar come invite him to the city by exploiting his desire to be the best, and the fact having a king would lead to more expansion of public Security and hope of the people. Jack took the offer, stealing "Stardust Dragon" as he was required, and took Yusei's Duel Runner. He then arrived in Neo Domino City where he begin his carrier as the king of Duelists.
- 2 years later, Yusei makes it to Neo Domino City and faces Jack in a Duel. Near the end, his and Jack's Mark of the Dragon glow, calling forth the Crimson Dragon for a few moments.
- Yusei is then arrested by Security for tresspassing, and put in jail for a time.
- He is later released as a thanks from Goodwin for winning in Armstrong's foul duel, along with Goodwin hoping his mark would awaken away from jail.
- Yusei recovers his Duel Runner and Deck with the help of Saiga. Evading officer Trudge, Yusei crashes into the Tops area and is knocked out. Here he gets taken care of by the twins Leo and Luna, unknowingly crossing paths with Luna who is a Signer.
- The next day, Yusei crosses paths with another Signer, Akiza.
- Yusei attempts to leave that night, but Lazar arrives, and forces him to participate in the Fortune Cup, otherwise Yusei's friends will be put through pain he can't even imagine.
- Yusei participates in the Fortune Cup, making his way up to and defeating Jack, gaining the title of king over him.
- The Dark Signers begin to make their move now that Goodwin has gathered the Signers. They use spiders to control a person, acting as a drone, which both attempts to beat a Signer fail.
- After Yusei and Kiryu's Duel is concluded with no result. Leo comes up with the idea to try getting Akiza as an ally against the Dark Signers. This does not go as expected, as Sayer tricks him along with Luna, Tanner and Yanagi. He holds no interest in the Dark Signers and wants to use his Arcadia movement to cast revenge against the world for how they treated people like them. He defeats Leo in a Duel, and plans to use him so Luna will stay.
- Carly infiltrates the place, but is killed by Sayer. She is then revived as a Dark Signer and gets revenge, sending Sayer through the building.
- Misty is shown to be a Dark Signer and Duels Akiza in revenge, but the duel is interuppted, prompting her to leave.
- Akiza is knocked out by rubble following Misty's retreat, leading Jack to showing up and saving her in time.
- Carly joins up with Misty as a copter (presumbly a Dark Signer operating it) comes to retrieve them.
- Akiza is taken to the hospital, where she eventually wakes up. Realizing Sayer is gone, she flips out and Duels Yusei, whom through the Duel along with her parents, reaches her heart. Akiza then joins the Signers as they come to Goodwin for answers about what is going on.
- Goodwin reveals the truth about Signers and the Dark Signers. Including the horrible reality that Dark Signers are those who are already dead and cannot be restored to their former selves as a result.
- They learn of Satellite being covered in mysterous fog, thus they head over there. Here they meet up with Martha, Saiga and some kids.
- Roman shows up, prompting Yusei to challenge him to a Duel. Yusei gets the upper hand, but Roman near the end switches himself out with Ralley, who takes the loss and vanishes instead.
- Luna was going to challenge Devack next to retrieve "Ancient Fairy Dragon, but an issue in the Spirit World delays that task, causing Leo to Duel Devack in the hopes Luna won't have to.
- Luna arrives in the Spirit World and eventually finds Torunka, who allies with her. Here they find Regulus soon and rescue beat Monkey King Zeman.
- Devack's Earthbound God awakens, forcing Luna to go back to the real world with Torunka's help. She gets back Ancient Fairy Dragon and defeats Devack.
- Grieger becomes a Dark Signer and Duels Crow, but loses to him.
- Yusei and Kiryu Duel again, but Yusei wins the match.
- Roman then has Yusei find and Duel him. While Roman lost, he took Yusei down with him by collapsing the bridge which forced Yusei into the momentum.
- He is returned back to the living world thanks to his father.
- Jack beats Carly in a Duel, before she vanishes.
- Misty faces Akiza. Akiza is brain washed by Sayer eventually, but Sayer is killed when Misty finds out he was responsible for her brother Tobys deaths. Akiza then beats Misty after being freed of Sayer's control.
- Shortly after, Jack and Crow arrive as the King of the Underworld awakens, heading towards Goodwin's shrine.
- Goodwin reveals he lost to Roman prior to his brother Dueling Yusei, having been reborn as a Dark Signer. Here he fuses his brother's arm (which holds the 5th mark) after removing his mechanical arm. He then faces Jack, Yusei and Crow in a Duel.
- Goodwin is not only defeated, but Crow becomes the 5th Signer, and the King of the Underworld is destroyed.
- Months passed, and the city and Satellite are no longer seperated.
- Placido's tablet comes down from space, prompting Placido to have a Ghost use his Deck to take out other Duelists.
- This is stopped by Yusei defeating Ghost in a Duel.
- Antinomy (known as Dark Glass at the time) teaches Yusei how to perform an Accel Synchro after seeing Yusei's desperation to find a new way to fight Mechlord Emperor Wisel.
- Lester's tablet is next to arrive, and on hearing Placido suggest to steal Stardust Dragon to hinder the Crimson Dragon, Lester decides to use a plan of his own. He earns Luna's trust, and gives her a Duel Board.
- Days later, he Duels Luna and Leo while his identity remains still secret. Lester steals Ancient Fairy Dragon, and defeats Leo whom is saved by the Crimson Dragon for unknown reasons. Lester then proceeds to defeat Luna and leaves.
- The first case of false memories occur here, where Leo's friend Bob has no idea who Lester is or that he ever was a top Duelist.
- Placido one night confronts Antinomy about what he did against Yusei, and watches him plunge into the ocean.
- Antinomy washes up on shore, and on being discovered by Security, is revealed to have amnesia.
- Yusei and company take him in, only to discover Lazar stole the new program they made (actually planned by Placido who wanted him to do it). They fail to get it back, and barely escape the building as it explodes.
- Jack is arrested thanks to an Imposter Jack impersonating him. He breaks out, loses once, but then beats him the second time.
- Crow through Dueling an old friend, obtains his Signer Dragon, "Black Feather Dragon".
- Yusei, Crow, Akiza and Jack take part in the WRGP (it does not exist in the original timeline, but the Fortune Cup still happened), which is briefly stopped for a while due to the damage Placido and Ghosts cause. During these events, Yusei performs Clear Mind, awakening the Shooting Star Dragon Zone gave to him, and uses it to defeat Placido.
- Lester and Jakob save Placido and take him to be recovered after revealing some things about their organization.
- Jack desires more power to fight Yliaster, and faces a servant of an Earthbound immortal for such power, and in the process absorbs the Earthbound Immortal with his own dragon, creating "Red Nova Dragon". No mention of Jack obtaining this monster in the original timeline is known, thus it is unknown if he originally even faced The Familiar and visited Grieger.
- Falsification of History affects this timeline after Yusei along with Bruno and Sherry infiltrate momentum express and get caught (refer to the Unseen timeline). During this, Sherry is blown out and lost between time, but Zone saves her and takes her to the Ark Cradle.
- Yusei and co commence taking part in the WRGP again.
- During this, a historical moment is made when Team Taiyo summons the never before summoned "Zushin, the sleeping Giant". This is branded as a Duel monsters miracle and an awe moment of history.
- Eventually, Yusei and co face Yliaster, who plans to unleash the Ark Cradle onto Neo Domino City. During the Duel they become Aporia and attempt to defeat Yusei, but fail.
- The Ark Cradle still descends to Neo Domino City though, showing Aporia did succeed in getting it out.
- Zone retrieves Aporia and repairs him while revealing Team 5D's victory against him slightly altered the future, but states the change was irrelevant overall.
- Sherry, having heard of the true motives of Yliaster and seeing the future herself, allies herself with Zone to help him. In exchange he is to alter the past so that her parents never died (this does not come to fruition).
- Yusei and co board the Ark Cradle and make their way through. During this time, Leo awakens as a Signer after dying against Aporia in a Duel, gaining the heart birthmark. His "Power Tool Dragon" also was awakened by the Crimson Dragon into it's true form, Life Stream Dragon".
- Antinomy shows Yusei Delta Accel Synchro in a Duel in the hopes he can find his own. After losing, he gives up his life to the Black Hole so that Yusei can leave safely.
- The gang confronts Zone, but Aporia decides to Duel him, only to lose and die as a result.
- Yusei faces Zone, who eventually reveals he is from the future and made himself into Yusei to try saving it, which he failed at. Yusei does not give up, and near the end performs Limit Over Accel Synchro, obtaining "Shooting Quasar Dragon". Zone is defeated and leave the future in Yusei's hands, sacrificing himself to remove the Ark Cradle.
- 6 months have passed, and Fortune has been developed as a hopeful counter measure that the future Zone suffered through will not happen.
- Yusei and Jack decide to have one last Duel. On beating Jack, everyone discovers what they want to do with their life. As the gang prepares to leave besides Yusei, the Crimson Dragon removes their birthmarks, as their role as Signers is over.
- Years later, Akiza is a Docter taking care of others, Leo has started participating in Duel Circuts, Luna is attentding school, and Crow quits his own team in favor of suggesting Leo take his place. Jack on the other hand has become King again, and it is said that Crow will challenge him one day. It is not known what Yusei was doing during this time period.
Timeline 3
editThis is briefly made existant when Paradox killed Pegasus in the past.
Events of this timeline:
- Pegasus, the creator of Duel Monsters is killed, as is Yugi's grampa and anyone else in the range of destruction Paradox caused. Only Yugi survives the disaster.
- Jaden and Yusei travel to this timeline via the Crimson Dragon, grabbing Yugi and traveling a fair bit back or so before Pegasus arrived at the location.
- They get everyone to safety this time, which forces Paradox to show up in an attempt to stop them from erasing this timeline.
- They Duel, with the fate of two conflicting timelines at stake; the timeline Paradox made by killing Pegasus, or the erasure of it with the timeline that existed before it.
- The events of Paradox's action also begun affecting the other future timelines, in which Duel Monsters and even citys were ceasing to exist.
- This timeline is erased thanks to Yugi, Jaden and Yusei defeating Paradox in a Duel, saving Pegasus from dying and the prevention of anyone who died, including Yugi's grampa. This restores the future timelines back to normal as well.
Unseen timeline
editAlthough not shown like the others, was created when Placido went back in time to change some things after Clark tried to eliminate Yusei, and appeared to know too much.
- Placido traveled to the past later in the series, killing that version of Clark. This directly affected the main timeline where that Clark ceases to exist.
- He also eliminated momentum express, affecting the main timeline one from existing in the first place.
- He edited him and his two allies to being participants in the WRGP, removing Sherry's team off the list, and creating the name "Team New World". Placido also gained enough fame to garner respect towards his teamates as well. So much was the popularity that they took the place of Team Ragnarock's main popularity.
- The Signers (and those in range) in the main altered timeline are protected by the Birthmarks, saving their memories from being falsified by this new timeline's existance.
Nothing else is known about this timeline however.
