After doing a targeted Google search for the terms Z curve, Z-curve, and Zcurve, I gathered the impression that the article belongs at Z curve. Zcurve (or, rather, ZCURVE) seems to be the name of a particular software, whereas Z curve (more common than Z-curve) is the name of the actual method.
