Can someone help me understand what this page is? Is it about a series of races in multiple cities run by the same organization? Or is this a page about Russian half-marathons in general?
If it is a series of races, let's get a list of the winners from each year and break this out to different pages, such as the Novosibirsk Half Marathon, which was also the Russian National Championship Half Marathon race for 2008, where Irina Permitina set the master's world record for the half marathon.
