editAn enquiry with the University of Wales regarding the Ph.D. programme and the resulting thesis resulted in the following reply:
"Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that Zaghloul Raghib Mohammed El-Naggar was admitted to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of Geology, on December 14th 1963.
This is all of the information the University of Wales Registry holds on this former student."
