Have tidied this article up a bit. One small area needs some work:
The penultimate sentence of this section requires a re-write, as it's talking about "Within the next seven or so years..." from - I believe - 2002. It's not possible to see from the official website what was done when. Boscaswell (talk) 09:01, 9 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
