The subject of the article is probably notable. To the best of my knowledge, the encoding of Burmese is a big issue and this font is in its center, but that is based on conversations with people in the field. I don't have any reliable sources about it. The article in Burmese seems quite long and detailed, although I can't access the URLs in the end. --Amir E. Zagwi font sample, maybe written the word "Zawgyi" itself
sample of gargled Burmese text due to poor character conversion for demostration
difference betwen Zawgyi and Unicode in terms of encoding.
