Dead link in article

edit

User:Gentlecollapse6 added the following text:

"He is best known for his work with Southern rap artists such as Gucci Mane, Future, Migos, Waka Flaka Flame, and Lil Uzi Vert, as well as other high profile artists."[1]

The link appears to be a dead link (404 error). The editor has twice reverted the edit so the dead link could remain in the article. The input of other editors to resolve this would be appreciated. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 22:48, 24 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

The link works for me... umm... Dude... That said, I didn't check whether the info is actually in the article. †dismas†|(talk) 00:16, 25 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Dismas: I'm getting a 404 error (the page was removed). Would you mind checking that? Thanks. Magnolia677 (talk) 00:24, 25 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

Link works for me. John from Idegon (talk) 00:27, 25 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

@John from Idegon: The page works, but at the top it says "404 -Page Not Found". Then on the page it says "Excuse us for the404s & HEARTBREAK But your page was not found". Do you actually get an article with content? Thanks. Magnolia677 (talk) 00:46, 25 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
Yes. John from Idegon (talk) 01:15, 25 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
The webpage is only available on US servers, and I am today using a proxy which routing outside the US. I was able to access the webpage, and most of the edit made by User:Gentlecollapse6 is unsourced. I will remove Future, Waka Flaka Flame, and Lil Uzi Vert from the text mentioned above.
