Overall: Hi, Hypnoticreflection. As someone who actively watches Zermatt's content I hope I don't have a COI. That being said, I think it's great that he's finally notable enough to have his own Wikipedia article.

Overall, the article checks out, it's quite comprehensive and doesn't lean too heavily on his primary sources. QPQ not required. That said, I'm not particularly enthused with the hooks. Occasionally going vegan to recover from or quitting his day job to pursue competitive eating doesn't excite me that much, especially as Zermatt isn't as promiment yet as, let's say, Joey Chestnut or Takeru Kobayashi. May I suggest hooks that will actively draw in the reader? I'm looking at things like:

• Zermatt's competitive eating affecting his social life
• Zermatt specializing in street food when finding competitive eating challenges
• Competitive eating taught Zermatt discipline, which in turn affects how he recovers (so building on ALT1)

@Sky Harbor: Hi, I'm honestly not too familiar with the competitive eating scene, but you're right that it's not too surprising that a competitive eater quit a related job or goes light after a challenge. I think competitive eating teaching him discipline isn't too interesting, I think that many other jobs could plausibly teach discipline too. Competitive eating affecting his social life sounds surprising enough on a first listen. As for specialising in street food, a quick search on YouTube on "Mukbang Street Food" seems to give enough results to convince me that it wouldn't be surprising enough, but I think adding the part where he offers publicity to improve businesses makes it a compelling enough trait. How about these two ALTs?
