editOverall, this article is well organized and gives descriptive detail on the topics it covers. The key points of the article are clearly articulated, and are thorough in support. All claims are supported by reliable sources. The article does an especially good job on asserting clear, concise facts, while providing an understandable diction. Zero base budgeting
