editAfter editing the first sentence I was inclined to remove the second, then much of what follows because, as the change I made suggests, there are more than four principles. Also, ideas / concepts that one considers "key" are subjective.
According to Crosby, an organization whose objective is Zero Defects needs to implement all fourteen steps, continuously.

I am new to Wikipedia so I hope I am doing this correctly. I am seeing 2 different pages for the subject of Zero Defects as follows:
