Actaeon island is identifiable in the Tasman sea South of Bruny Island (off the coast and not bound by islands or in a channel per se), but not actually in the D'entrecasteaux channel, south of it, and more adjacent to Southport lagoon. Perhaps the channel is by

definition continuing in open water, well south of Bruny Island, but it seems odd.

Actaeon island(s) are identifiable in the pacific and well away from Australian waters...
