"Forward Lift"
editCan someone explain the technologies that Zipp has introduced to the market without making this wiki page into a sales brochure? What is forward lift? What is a toroidal bulge (and what purpose does it serve)? Why does a Zipp wheel seem to cost 50%-100% more than the average competitor?
Does Zipp use any patents that make it so that they bring bikers a technology that a biker can't get anywhere else? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.110.238.50 (talk) 02:28, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
Citations
editI'll go through tonight and cite everything. Half this article is mine as is, so I might as well properly finish it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.164.249.104 (talk) 01:29, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
Phonak
editNot to be a stickler, but Phonak can't be sponsored by Zipp anymore. Phonak doesn't exist as a team. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.164.249.104 (talk) 03:36, May 20, 2007
Fair use rationale for Image:ZippLogo.gif
editImage:ZippLogo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

If this is deleted, it should redirect to Zip as a plausible misspelling. 132.205.99.122 (talk) 22:05, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
- Notability was asserted but not verified. I've added a secondary source talking about the acquisition by SRAM: this verifies the notability. Zipp Speed Weaponry also redirects here now. SeveroTC 01:26, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
