Taxonomy
editThis species was described in 2020 by Fernando Álvarez-Padilla, Robert Kallal and Gustavo Hormiga. The holotype is stored in Te Papa Museum.[1]
Description
editThe female is recorded at 7.6mm in length whereas the male is 5.7mm.[1]
Distribution
editThis species is only known from the South Island of New Zealand.[1]
Conservation status
editUnder the New Zealand Threat Classification System, this species is listed as "Not Threatened".[2]
