Tarsiab (Persian: ترسياب)[a] is a village in Ahlamerestaq-e Jonubi Rural District[b] of the Central District of Mahmudabad County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

editAt the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,190 in 306 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,707 people in 492 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,773 people in 551 households. It was the mot populous village in its rural district.[2]
