Tavaneh (Persian: توانه)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Garin Rural District of Zarrin Dasht District, Nahavand County, Hamadan province, Iran.[4]

editAt the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 2,992 in 746 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,673 people in 751 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 2,397 people in 721 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
