Template parameters

Tractate	`2`	The specific tractate of talmud to cite Example Shabbat	String	required
Daf	`3` `4` `daf`	Page or folio numbers; ranges are accepted Example 32b, 2b-4a	String	suggested
Remove book label	`nobook` `5`	If set, don't include preceding "Talmud, b." Auto value `1`	Boolean	optional
