Usage
editThis template can be used to cite entries in SurnameDB, typically used on pages found in Category:Surnames and part of Wikipedia:WikiProject_Anthroponymy.
|surname=The surname that is the topic of the SurnameDB entry. (mandatory)|access-date=The date at which you accessed the SurnameDB entry. (optional)
For example,

gives
