1965 Laotian coups
edit- ... that the 1965 Laotian coups were simultaneous and independent of one another?
ALT1: ... that announcements of one of the 1965 Laotian coups was foiled by a drunken Australian?

- This article is new enough and long enough. The hooks are cited to offline sources and accepted in good faith - either could be used. The article is neutral but I was unable to check for copyvios because of the general offline status of the sources. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 19:02, 1 April 2015 (UTC)
- While the article has a short citation for the fact in ALT1 ("Ahern, p. 207."), the full citation needed in the References section is missing. Looking at some of the nominator's other recent submissions, I suspect that the missing full cite should be "Ahern, Thomas L. Jr. (2006), Undercover Armies: CIA and Surrogate Warfare in Laos. Center for the Study of Intelligence. Classified control no. C05303949." but can not confirm this suspicion as the source is offline. --Allen3 talk 11:50, 3 April 2015 (UTC)
