1985 Election day floods

- I tweaked the hook a bit, removing the ellipsis at the end, if you don't mind. Regarding the name "Killer Floods of 1985," I can't seem to find any sources for the name. The hook's details are cited using several references throughout the article; I don't expect this will be a problem, but if it is, feel free to correct me. Nice job, by the way!
