Article is new, long enough and neutral. It cites sources inline. "Earwig's Copyvio Detector" reports very few text similiarity commenting "violation unlikely". The hokk is well-formatted and interesting. Its length is within limit. Its fact is accurate, however, a reference is needed directly at the end of the sentence in the article.
