- Comment: A sentence or two are from the Sunset Park, Brooklyn article but the new text is over 1,500 bytes. 9H48F was the original creator, but I expanded the article past the 1,500-byte mark. The current state of the article should be a five-fold expansion over the copied text.

- New enough, long enough, well referenced, with no obvious close paraphrasing. Both hooks are interesting and cited; I personally prefer ALT1 but the promoter can choose. QPQ is done.
