Amrut Distilleries, Amrut (whisky)
edit( Back to T:TDYK )
( Article history links: )
- ... that the single-malt whisky produced by Amrut Distilleries is India's first single-malt whisky and won high praise from influential whisky connoisseur Jim Murray?
- ALT1:... that Amrut Distilleries, which makes India's first single-malt whisky, has found that whisky matures in the barrel much faster in India than in Scotland?

- I prefer ALT 1. Both articles are long enough, new enough (at the time of nomination), and meet Wikipedia and DYK guidelines. They are both comprehensive and well-sourced (utilizing appropriate references), and the ALT 1 hook works well incorporating facts from both articles. I only have one suggestion, and that is that the footnotes in each article should appear in numerical order, but that isn't a deal breaker for DYK inclusion. There are no copyvios. -- Caponer (talk) 19:31, 7 July 2013 (UTC)
