Bang (Rita Ora and Imanbek EP)
- ... that British singer Rita Ora (pictured) and Kazakh DJ Imanbek collaborated with translators over videotelephony software Zoom to record their collaborative EP Bang? Source: "Billboard

- Article length and age are good. The translation part is not in the source, but I did find it in this Billboard article which I suggest you consider using. Ora's article states that she is British, not English, so I would also suggest making sure those match up, whichever term makes the most sense. Please also consider the following ALT which I believe refocuses the hook on the EP as opposed to Zoom. It also removes collaborated/collaborative:

- Grk1011 thanks for the comments and suggestions. Happy to go with Alt1. Will amend the article now. ≫ Lil-Unique1 -{ Talk }- 16:33, 2 March 2021 (UTC)
- Lil-unique1, could you also add a ref for "translators" being used? You might have missed that part above. Grk1011 (talk) 19:00, 3 March 2021 (UTC)

what happens next? It doesn't seem to have been moved to a queue? ≫ Lil-Unique1 -{ Talk }- 22:39, 14 March 2021 (UTC)
- @Lil-unique1: It's all good, there are 183 approved hooks right now so it's taking a little longer to get through all of them. This one is approaching the top of the stack chronologically, so I'm sure someone will be promoting it soon. DanCherek (talk) 06:13, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
- @DanCherek:, thanks for letting me know. Has anyone considered pausing the process or increasing the quid-pro to try and reduce the backlog? Or with the GA backlog, we ran a power month and a contest to see who could review the most within a month. Really helps clear things. ≫ Lil-Unique1 -{ Talk }- 17:16, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
- Yep, ongoing discussions at WT:DYK (and in the archives)... increasing QPQ would get more hooks to the "approved" page but the backlog remains. Instead, a few weeks ago we switched from running one DYK set (8 hooks) for 24 hours to two sets for 12 hours each, which has helped. The only issue is that it's more work to quickly build the sets at T:DYK/Q and there's been a shortage of volunteers. DanCherek (talk) 17:27, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
- Lil-unique1, I went to promote this, but see there's a paragraph with no source cited at the end. The bit reading "She later performed the song on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and Sunrise." needs a ref. Please ping me when you've done that. MeegsC (talk) 18:47, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
- MeegsC, thanks for bringing this to my attention. I've added to reliable sources. ≫ Lil-Unique1 -{ Talk }- 14:07, 24 March 2021 (UTC)
